JEW TECHNOLOGY

CNC Cutting machine backed with plasma cutting source for cutting of steel plates taking directly input of drawing nested using Fastcam Nesting Software generated by special designing software.
Imported H Beam assembly machine assembles H Beam and strengthens it. Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)Welding is done by an imported machine to achieve high weld strength. JEW quality team is certified for ultrasonic testing level 3 for testing of welding defects which is being monitored and recorded as per laid down frequency.
